Awe shucks! Sometimes life gets in the way... that's okay, we will see you next time!  Cancellation notices should be received (by phone or email) 48 hours in advance of the scheduled event. Whimsy will issue a 100% credit for the next regular event of your choice for any cancellation received with 48 hours notice.  (Credits do not expire!) For less than 48 hours notice of cancellation, credits will not be issued.  Refunds are not issued for any completed payments.

Please note!  The 'shipping' info section is your area to enter your contact information for the purpose of reserving your canvas for the event you have selected.  While there is nothing to ship to you in this transaction, it is due to design limitations that you are being prompted for this info in this format...as the wording cannot be changed. (The only time something is shipped is for the purchase of a gift certificate.)  Please fill out the necessary fields as needed, and upon completing your transaction we will have all we need to hold your spot(s).  When you come to the event, the only thing you need to bring is your creativity! For on location Whimsy events (ie. restaurant) Whimsy has your canvas covered, but not your tab! You don't need to bring anything to join in the fun...but if you choose to sip or nibble, please pay your server directly.  If you should opt to have alcohol in a private event at the studio, please inquire about how to obtain your no-sale private party permit! 

All coupon codes are event specific.  If a special coupon code is offered for an event, but you missed out on it, refunds and re-orders are not possible.  It's a one shot deal!
