The Window Everyone Watched...
Whimsy Windows started as a passion project on Nikki's Owen Sound studio glass... a new design every month.
From cozy critters and plump birdies to throwback nostalgic characters and beautiful holiday scenes, her windows became a regular stop and smile.
Over time they became something more... a little moment of joy people looked forward to. Locals would message to say the new design brightened their commute to work and many made a point to routinely drive or walk by in anticipation of the new scene.
The windows weren't ads. They were art! And for a lot of people they became a part of the rhythm of downtown... a warm whimsical marker of the holidays and seasons.
